Marble in the kitchen, olive green in bedrooms, cream everywhere else. Period features that got furniture bold enough to match them.
PUTNEY | RENOVATION AND STAGING
Renovated, then staged for the market.
A 1920s Art Deco flat in Putney. We renovated it before sale for under £25k, then staged it to bring out its period character.
THE WORK
New floors and a new kitchen. Art Deco inspired two step architraves and skirting, chosen to keep the character: a small detail that makes a subtle difference to buyers. One colour on walls, ceiling and woodwork: Farrow & Ball School House White No. 291. Upgraded lighting, fixed windows and new fixtures.
