Customer Care
House of ONO is led and managed by Lina Gorz, Founder and Creative Director. All enquiries, consultations, and project communications are handled directly by Lina to ensure clarity, consistency, and a considered approach at every stage of the process.
From initial enquiry through installation and completion, clients work closely with Lina to align on vision, scope, and timelines. This direct involvement allows each project to be approached with care, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the property’s goals.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one to two business days. Ongoing projects are supported with clear communication throughout the staging period to ensure a smooth and well-managed experience.

We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously. Any personal information shared with House of ONO, including contact details, property information, and project materials, is used solely for communication, project coordination, and service delivery.
We do not share client information with third parties unless required for project execution, such as trusted delivery or installation partners. All collaborators operate under strict confidentiality.
On-site work is carried out with care for both the property and its occupants. Our team follows agreed access arrangements and ensures the space is treated with respect throughout installation and removal.
All projects are quoted individually. Pricing is based on factors including property size, scope of staging, furniture requirements, and staging duration. A detailed quote is prepared following consultation and must be approved before work begins.
Payment terms, staging periods, and any extension options are clearly outlined in the proposal. Additional services or changes requested after approval may be subject to revised pricing.
All furniture and accessories provided by House of ONO remain our property throughout the staging period. Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable care of staged items while on site.
Any damage beyond normal wear must be reported promptly. Further details regarding responsibility and coverage are included in the project agreement.
House of ONO welcomes enquiries from developers, estate agents, and industry partners interested in ongoing collaborations or multi-property projects.
Trade and wholesale enquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with details of your project or portfolio, and our team will be in touch to discuss suitability and next steps.
