Hi,
I'm Lina
I use design to help buyers see not just a property, but a life within it.

I founded House of ONO in London with a clear belief: a property is not simply something you list; it is something you position. Buyers do not fall in love with square footage. They fall in love with how a place makes them feel in the first few seconds.
For fifteen years, I worked in corporate finance, where I learned how value is created, how decisions are made and how subtle shifts can change outcomes. That understanding still guides me today, just in a different language. Now, I work with space.
My approach blends strategy with instinct—the floor plan with the atmosphere, the numbers with the nuance. I look at a room and see more than furniture placement. I see how the eye will travel, where the light settles, where tension needs softening and where confidence needs quiet support. Staging, to me, is not decoration. It is thoughtful storytelling.
House of ONO specialises in editorial-quality home staging that feels layered, authentic and effortless. We mix vintage with contemporary, texture with restraint and warmth with clarity. Every piece is chosen with care, not excess. The goal is always balance: calm, confident spaces that invite you in without trying too hard.
I work closely with developers, estate agents and private sellers across London to transform properties into homes that photograph beautifully and resonate instantly—spaces that allow buyers to see themselves there before they consciously realise it.
House of ONO is built on craftsmanship, responsibility and a genuine love for well-considered spaces. Beautiful design matters, but so does understanding the market. The most successful homes are the ones that feel both desirable and believable.
I create interiors that do not demand attention. They earn it.
House of ONO did not begin with fabric samples. It began with perspective. I saw far too often that a well-located, correctly priced home could still struggle to connect when its potential was difficult to see. House of ONO was created to bridge that gap.
Each scheme combines market knowledge with design instinct. Furniture, lighting and materials are selected specifically for the property, never taken from a standard formula. The result is a home that feels desirable, believable and worth remembering.
Because the right perspective does more than change how a home looks. It changes how it is seen.

"Buyers don't fall in love with layouts. They fall in love with the version of themselves the space suggests."
— Lina Gorz, Founder & Creative Director
Home staging changes how a property is seen, felt, and remembered. Done well, it gives every room a reason to exist — warmth, purpose, and the kind of visual appeal that makes buyers linger.
House of ONO takes a design-led approach to every project — one shaped by what the market actually responds to. We work with private sellers, estate agents and developers to present properties with real impact, so that from the first photograph to the final viewing, every home feels like somewhere worth wanting.
